About Me
Alexander Hafizi is a happy go lucky kind of guy with a big heart. He currently works as the Associate Publisher at Prime Publications Inc. which publishes Santa Clarita Magazine and SCV élite Magazine. His position at work includes but is not limited to production of the magazines and artwork. Having to locate local talent for profiles in the publications, website updates, selling advertising space, photography at sponsored non-profit events. Forming posts for both magazines to put on social media. He is also the marketing director for Bryant-Hafizi Real Estate who just teamed up with SJ Partners. His goals in life are to take over the family owned and operated business of Prime Publications, Inc., which has produced the two publications mentioned above in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1990. He also plans on growing his business, Prime Marketing Strategies, which is a one-stop shop for all your marketing and promotional needs. In addition, he hopes to have a legacy to past on to his family. Currently he and his partner, Arnold Bryant, are working on growing their family and look forward to welcoming children in the coming year.
Alexander’s volunteerism has been a life-long journey. Growing up he was introduced to the non-profit world through his parents who have been longtime supporters. He began with simply attending the events to eventually being a part of the events and now serving on several non-profit boards. With a philanthropic heart and background in marketing he has used is nearly two decades of experience to aid non-profits in publicizing their efforts for a better community. Whether through daily social media content, traditional marketing, or email blasts; Alexander’s expertise has helped with brand awareness, event attendance and community outreach for the non-profits here in the SCV. Over the past decade he has worked in various aspects in each organization, continually volunteering his leadership skills to be a part of what he considers the backbone of our community. Alexander has held officer roles, raised funds and created annual fundraisers to benefit multiple non-profits. Alexander has helped with SCV Dancing With Our Stars which has raised nearly, $2 million for local non-profits. Of which he personally raised $50,000 for the SCV Senior Center during the year he danced. In 2022, he along with other JCI members created the JCI Santa Clarita Foundation which is a 501(c)(3) that allows tax deductions on donations from the community and larger donations. Additionally, he has served as co-chair for several of the major events such as Circle of Hope’s Annual Tea and Vine2Wine, JCI Santa Clarita’s SCV 40 Under Forty, WiSH Education Foundation’s Wine on the Roof Cocktails on the Roof, and SCV Music Festival. He has also been on many committees for different nonprofits. Alexander also helped create events for nonprofits such as Circle of Hope’s Hoedown for Hope which raised $17,000 one year and $31,000 another year and JCI’s Top 100 in 2020 that honored 100 people that are doing amazing things in our community. |
Non-Profit Work...

In 2010, I personally raised $50,000 for the SCV Senior Center with my participation in SCV Dancing with Our Stars.
In 2011, I was an executive committee member of the "Heart Chase" event for the American Heart Association. In 2012, I worked on the SCV DWOS event as a committee member. I also co-chaired the SCV Dancing With Our Stars event in 2014 through 2016. This event has raised over $1.7 million over 8 years for over 20 local non-profit organizations. Click here to go to the Facebook page for SCV DWOS. I am still VERY involved with SCV Dancing with Our Stars in fact I am chaired this event again in 2018 with my partner Arnold Bryant. We plan on doing it again in 2021. I also was on the committee of the Golf Tournament for the SCV Senior Center in 2013 and 2014. I was a Board Member of HandsOn Santa Clarita for about a year! While with HandsOn I was a vital part of the success of the HandsOn’s 9/11 Tribute from 2012 to 2017. Since 2013, I have been on the committee for WiSH Education Foundation's Wine on the Roof in May and Cocktails on the Roof in September. of course in 2013 it wasn't called Cocktails on the Roof. In 2014, I became an active board member on Circle of Hope Inc. Where I have been helping them with all of their events like Bowling for Hope in March, Vine 2 Wine in August and Afternoon Tea in October. I am also their Social Media Director. So follow them on Facebook by clicking here! In 2017 and 2018, I was the co-chair of Circle of Hope's Vine 2 Wine. In 2018, I was also co-chairing the Circle of Hope's Afternoon Tea with board members Maggie-Mae Gaughan and Caren Kahan. In 2019, I co-chaired a new event called the Hoedown for Hope with Caren Kahan and Rebecca DeLuca which made $17,000 for Circle of Hope. I am still an active board member in fact in 2018 I became the Vice President of Circle of Hope and in 2019 I became President. In 2017 I co-chaired SCV 40 Under Forty with Lindsay Schlick. SCV 40 Under Forty is an event put on by Santa Clarita Magazine and JCI Santa Clarita since 2009 that honors 40 people each year in our community that are under 40 that are doing amazing things in Santa Clarita. In 2018 and 2019, I was on the committee for the SCV Senior Center's Touch-A-Truck.In 2019, I continued to be an active JCI Santa Clarita member as well as serving on their board as the Vice President of Communication and Marketing. I was also on the committee for feedSCV’s Chef Auction. In 2019 I was also a male model for the Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley’s 9th Annual All That Jazz Fashion Show I have been a male model for this show in the past as well. The male models has a friendly voting competition that I helped raise over $1,000. Also in 2019 my partner and I joined SRD Straightening Rein’s advisor board. We also played a vital role in their event called Holiday at the Ranch. Which was a huge success. In 2020, I will continue being president of Circle of Hope, continue as a JCI Santa Clarita member serving on their board as the Vice President of Communication and Marketing. I will continue being on the advisor board for SRD Straightening Reins. In 2020, I helped Circle of Hope make two virtual events a huge success the Vine2Wine To Go and the Twilight Tea To Go. In 2020, I joined WiSH Education Foundation as a board member and helping them with marketing and their signature events like Wine on the Roof and Cocktails on the Roof. Due to COVID-19 these two events were cancelled in 2020. In 2021, I joined the JCI California Board as the Vice President of Marketing and Communication. In 2021, I helped with WiSH Education Foundation with Cars Under the Stars in July and Chaired the SCV Music Festival in September. I helped with Circle of Hope’s Vine 2 Wine event in August and the Wellness Day in September and the Annual Tea in October. In 2022, I was the co-chair of Circle of Hope’s Annual Tea and I helped with Circle of Hope’s Vine 2 Wine. In 2022, I was the co-chair of Wish Education Foundation’s Wine on the Roof and helped with Wish Education Foundation’s Share the Love. In 2022, I was the 25th President of JCI Santa Clarita. From Feb 2023 to June 2023, I was the Vice Chairman of the WiSH Education Foundation. In 2023, I co-chaired the Circle of Hope’s Hoedown For Hope with Alison Lindemann and Christy Grable. In 2023, I was also the Past Chairman of the Board. In 2023, I was also the Past President of JCI Santa Clarita. From June 2023 to present in 2024, I am the Chairman of the Board of the WiSH Education Foundation. In 2024, I am the JCI Santa Clarita Vice President of Community In 2024, I am the Circle of Hope's Vice Chairman of the Board. My Goals...

My goals in life are to take over the family owned and operated business of Prime Publications, Inc., which has produced the two publications I mentioned above in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1990. I also plan on growing Prime Marketing Strategies as a connection of Prime Publications inc. I hope to have a legacy to past on to my family. And I hope to one day have children which Arnold and i are working on this year and when we have children i am excited to teach them the right from wrong and help them become amazing people in this world. I would also love to travel the world with my family.
